Markup is not margin. Retail preview = cost × (1 + markup) × (1 + tax rate). This is a calculation example, not a tax determination.
Fixed sample product code: STORE-001. All offers represent the same variant and single-unit pack in USD.
Retail preview & file details
We compare unit prices, not delivered order totals. Supplier stock is never added together. Do not import this sample into a live store.
PROPOSED EARLY PILOT
Keep your workflow.
Pay one fixed price.
For WooCommerce stores already using a CSV/XML importer, such as WP All Import.
The demo works today. Scheduled downloads and real supplier connections are the proposed pilot scope, not live features.

- One store, up to 3 supplier feeds.
- Up to 5,000 explicitly matched product codes.
- Proposed hourly refresh and one XML output.
- Your store codes, pricing rule and a clear reason for each choice.

Scope and limitations
This is not an ERP or order-placement system. Delivery charges, volume discounts, minimum orders and matching products by similar names are outside this pilot. Product identity, variants and packs must be confirmed. Supplier-feed licence fees are not included.
Existing multi-supplier tools already do offer selection. We are testing a narrower workflow and fixed pricing, not claiming an exclusive algorithm. The 5,000-product limit, automation, commercial terms and support scope still need implementation or verification before launch.
Outdated, failed or incomplete data blocks a new export. A missing record must not be treated as zero stock. Zero-stock output changes inventory only; it must not erase retail prices or delete products in the importer.
